is legally held by J. Eugene Ward

by way of a deed of conveyance of the date of the 15th of September 2022

(between Ivan Jennings and J. Eugene Ward)

 

J. EUGENE WARD IS THE LEGAL HOLDER OF THESE TITLES.

 

It has come to my attention during journalistic research that Manorial Counsel Limited sold these titles on the 6th April 2023, some 6 months after J. Eugene Ward purchased these titles, and Manorial Counsels solicitor placed a notice on the Gazette which detailed their client in Ukraine having purchased it.   I doubt their client realises that he has hold of completely worthless documents from Manorial Counsel. 

 

Manorial Counsel had no legal right to sell these titles as this company most certainly did not have better title to them. No one has hold of a full set of deeds for these titles.

My advice to the person in Ukraine who purchased these titles from Manorial Counsel is to seek legal action to get their money back.   It is a warning to let you know that Manorial Counsel are going to be discredited.
